A bit of history
We created Angarium after working on a complex digital transformation and the migration of legacy telephony for a FTSE250 company. We started by maintaining and improving the OpenSource based Session Border Controller (SBC) we developed for them.
We faced the common industry challenge of misdiagnosed call quality issues or incidents. Frustrated by these persistent challenges, we started developing innovative products to increase the observability of our system. This led to the creation of our core products. Both products are born from our firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the industry's pain points, designed to empower businesses with the tools needed for maintaining superior call quality.
